Working Group E serves as a GFCE forum for dialogue, collaboration, and information sharing on cyber capacity building in relation to the adoption of Internet and technology standards, as well as the challenges presented by new and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), quantum computing and networking, and blockchain.
