Aruba

The goal of the VDA (The National Security Service of Aruba) is to protect the Aruban legal order against both external and internal threats. Cybersecurity is also crucial in achieving this goal, ensuring the safety of digital infrastructure and information. VDA’s goal of protecting Aruba’s legal order relies on strong cybersecurity measures, including effective incident management, and critical information protection, all supported by policies and a culture of cybersecurity awareness.

Cook Islands

The Government of the Cook Islands will cooperate, collaborate and coordinate with all stakeholders to deliver on the mandate of national security to:

· Lead and coordinate national response for high level security threats where appropriate

· Coordinate Prime Ministerial and State level engagements

· Provide support services to extraordinary functions not yet mandated to a government agency

Chad

The National Agency for Computer Security and E-Certification (ANSICE) is the national authority in charge of cybersecurity, protection of personal data and electronic transactions in the Republic of Chad and it was created through Law No. 006/PR/2015 of February 10, 2015 and its subsequent amending text.

Italy

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation – Unit for Technological Innovation and Cybersecurity is responsible for both cyberdiplomacy and cybersecurity, and works closely with the National Cybersecurity Agency. Within the framework of the National Cybersecurity Strategy, the MFA is charged with the tasks of creating an ecosystem of CCB entities, cooperating with other countries in the field of cybersecurity, carrying out CCB activities. To implement the latter, the MFA avails itself of the collaboration with other governmental bodies, private companies and academia. Currently, the MFA works on CCB in conjunction with the World Bank and UNIDIR.

Republic of Namibia

National CSIRT provides a unified platform for organizations across the Republic of Namibia to collaborate and coordinate responses to cyber incidents. By fostering cooperation among stakeholders, to ensure a more effective and cohesive approach to mitigating cyber threats and minimizing their impact. Cyber capacity building, cyber incident management, cyber resilience capabilities, and national cybersecurity awareness raising plan.

Cyber Security Brunei (CSB)

Cyber Security Brunei (CSB) is the national cyber security agency of Negara Brunei Darussalam, serving as an administrator that monitors and coordinates national efforts in addressing cyber security threats and cyber crime.
