Wouter Veenstra Manager Global Outreach and Partnerships

Wouter Veenstra started in 2015 as Senior Advisor at the Global forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE) Secretariat.

Mr. Veenstra is in the lead of GFCE Outreach and Partnerships and his key responsibilities are to identify and connect key stakeholders on Cyber Capacity Building, to interest them to join the GFCE and to connect them on cyber topics based on their wants, needs and means.

Stakeholders are from all continents and include governments, intergovernmental organizations, private companies, academia and the technical community. Mr. Veenstra has a MSc in Economic History and previously worked at the Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice among others as a Staff Employee to the Minister of Justice and Policy Advisor for Civil Aviation Security at the National Coordinator on Counter Terrorism.
