Todd Spires Chair of Working Group D

He currently serves as the Program Director for Cyber and Digital Resilience programs, and brings 29 years’ experience in government contracting, program management, and workforce and staff development to CRDF Global and its government and private clients. He is responsible for program design and execution of CRDF’s global technical assistance projects that focus on cybersecurity capacity building in Eastern and Southern Europe. He began his career with Betac Corporation and held leadership positions at ACS Defense, Lockheed Martin, and PAE prior to joining CRDF Global in 2020.
