Noemi Abeniacar

Noemi is an advisor at the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE), where she supports with the organization of the upcoming Global Conference on Cyber Capacity Building (GC3B) and facilitates Working Group C, which focuses on cyber crime.

She holds a BSc in International Relations and Organisations from Leiden University and an MSc in Crisis and Security Management with a specialization in Cybersecurity Governance. Moreover, she pursued an International Master in Security Intelligence and Strategic Studies, a collaborative program offered by the Universities of Glasgow, Dublin City University, and Charles University.
