Manuel Precioso Ruiz Advisor

Mr. Manuel Precioso Ruiz is the Facilitator for Working Group B at the GFCE Secretariat. In this role, he manages and coordinates the activities of WG B on Cyber Incident Management & Critical Infrastructure Protection.

Manuel also manages the work of the GFCE Community tools, such as the Cybil Portal, and supports various research activities and projects in the LAC region within the GFCE Secretariat.

Manuel holds an MSc in Crisis and Security Management from Leiden University and a BSc in International Relations from the Complutense University of Madrid.
