GFCE Western Balkans Project Advisor

Ivana joined the GFCE in October 2024 as Advisor for the Western Balkans Coordination Project, where she assists the project leader in strategic and operational efforts to streamline the Cyber Capacity Building Ecosystem in the Western Balkans.

She is a Fulbright Exchange Program alumna with over a decade of experience as an advisor at the Parliament of Montenegro. During her career, she has been a fellow at the European Parliament and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington DC. Ivana has extensive expertise in cyber diplomacy and cybersecurity policy, having participated in programs such as HerCyberTracks, NATO CCDCOE courses on International Law and Cyber Operations, and the George Marshall Centre International Program on Cyber Security Studies.

She holds a law degree from the University of Montenegro and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Public Leadership and Management from Syracuse University.
