David van Duren Director

David van Duren is the Director of the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE) Secretariat since the official launch in 2015.

In 2014 Mr. van Duren played a highly significant role in the realization of the Global Conference on Cyber Space 2015 in the Hague, Netherlands. Between 2010 and 2014 Mr. van Duren was responsible for the realization of the:

• Dutch National Cyber Security Strategy (February 2011);
• Dutch National Cyber Security Centre (January 2012);
• Division of Cyber Security Policy, including national and international policy;
• Second Dutch National Cyber Security Strategy (October 2013).

Mr. van Duren has a MSc. degree in Economics and Psychology.
