Cedric joined the GFCE in October 2024, as Western Balkans Coordination Project Leader.
Cedric leads a US State Department funded Project that aims at streamlining the Cyber Capacity Building Ecosystem in the Western Balkans.
With a background of 30 years in Law Enforcement, and an extensive and demonstrated experience in Education and International Cooperation, including close to 10 years in Western Balkans both in Operational and Cyber Capacity Building positions, first for the French Institutions, and from October 2024 on behalf of GFCE, Cedric has developed a substantial network of partners, experts and practitioners in Western Balkans within the Institutions and across the International community and organizations. Over his preceding functions, as Funder and Project Leader at the Western Balkans Cyber Capacity Center (WB3C), that he has conceived, designed, and established, Cedric has measured the paramount need to coordinate the CCB Ecosystem in Western Balkans and has joined GFCE with that goal. Under his leadership, the WB3C has conducted an educational plan grounded and tailored on the Administrations’ needs, based on the Outcome-Based Education methodology, aimed at achieving sustainable and structuring objectives.
