Bart Hogeveen  Special Advisor to the GFCE Pacific Hub

Bart Hogeveen is a deputy director at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute – an independent thinktank – where he leads research and activities at the nexus of cyber, technology and security. 

His expertise is in strategic policy development, cyber capacity building, diplomacy and donor coordination. He’s been working on cyber, digital and e-governance issues in the Pacific since 2017. He’s further been involved in the conception of the GFCE Pacific and now provides ad-hoc support and advice to the Pacific Hub’s core team.
