Cyber Capacity Unit

Partner description: Description The Cyber Capacity Unit works with government departments and agencies globally, developing cyber security policies, programmes, and defining and implementing national strategies. The cyber landscape is constantly changing; new vulnerabilities are discovered, new tools and techniques are adopted, new threats emerge, it’s a complex world. Our global team of experts have an in-depth understanding of both the technical and operational aspects of effective cyber security management at a national level and know how to build capacity from the ground up, and how to keep that capacity functioning in an ever-changing environment.

Participates in the following GFCE groups & initiatives: WG A (Cyber Security Policy & Strategy) and WG B (Cyber Incident Management & Critical Infrastructure Protection). The Cyber Capacity Unit focuses on the following topics: National Cyber Security Strategy and policy, Critical Infrastructure Protection, National Cyber Security Incident Response Capacity (CSIRT), Cyber Security Awareness, bespoke education, training and exercising, International community cooperation and knowledge, information and intelligence sharing
