On behalf of the editorial board, we are proud to present the Global Cyber Expertise Magazine Issue 12.
The latest edition, released during the GFCE Annual Meeting 2024, features articles from each of our regions—Europe, Asia & Pacific, Americas, and Africa—and highlights global developments in cybersecurity. This issue’s cover story explores innovative solutions to bridge the cyber skills gap, with a focus on diversity initiatives in Africa and the Middle East. Additionally, it includes an in-depth analysis of advanced persistent threats (APT) and their impact on the Western Balkans, as well as an article showcasing the success of the CSIRTAmericas Network in strengthening the Caribbean’s incident response capabilities.
