The establishment of the GFCE Foundation Board

It is with great pleasure to announce that after a long and careful process the Government of the Netherlands has established the GFCE Foundation. The GFCE Foundation will greatly support and strengthen the efforts of the GFCE community.

For this purpose, a GFCE Foundation Board has been installed, a diverse and competent team with representation from both the public and private sector as well as from the technical domain. The following Board members have been appointed for a period of four years: Mr. Christopher Painter, President of the Board, (i.a. former Cyber Coordinator State Department, Commissioner GCSC), Mr. Olaf Kolkman (CTO ISOC, Commissioner GCSC), Ms. Inge Bryan (Partner Deloitte Cybersecurity) and Mr. Uri Rosenthal (former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Commissioner GCSC) is special advisor to the Board.
