Call for Papers Global Cyber Expertise Magazine
The GFCE welcomes papers for the second issue of the Global Cyber Expertise Magazine. This tri-annual online magazine covers topics on global cyber policy developments and capacity building projects. It is jointly published by the African Union, the European Union, the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise and the Organisation of American States. The second issue is expected in October 2016.
The Global Cyber Expertise Magazine offers cyber policymakers and stakeholders a forum to exchange experiences and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field. By utilizing the network and resources of some of the largest regional and global players of the Magazine provides a unique inside perspective. Examples of topics for the second issue of the magazine are:
- Critical Information Infrastructure Protection
- Responsible Disclosure
- Data Protection
Contributions to the Global Cyber Expertise Magazine are warmly welcomed! Please let us know your article ideas via contact@thegfce.org. The deadline for submission of final articles for the second issue is: 16 September 2016.
The article will then be reviewed by the Editorial Board consisting of editors from OAS, AU, EU & the GFCE secretariat. The author will be informed about the review process and consulted about proposed and/or recommended amendments (minor grammatical and formatting edits excluded).
