Member Description: The Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation is the London-based Commonwealth agency mandated in the field of ICTs. The CTO works to assist member countries and the wider stakeholder community leverage ICTs for development by providing technical support and advisory services, delivering capacity building and organising international events.
