Developing Capacity Ltd.

Developing Capacity is a research and consultancy company dedicated to supporting cyber capacity building (CCB) and cyber diplomacy.  The company was founded in 2020 to meet a growing need for specialist CCB services.  Its main clients are governments, international organisations and the implementers of CCB programmes.  The services it provides include bespoke research, advice on the design of new projects or events, training for project teams and support to tender and grant applications.

Developing Capacity’s priorities for its GFCE engagement in 2024 are:

• Contributing to the growth of the Cybil Portal.
• Supporting implementation of the Accra Call for Cyber Resilient Development.
• Improving the metrics and evidence base for CCB (Working Group A)
• Using AI in CCB and mitigating its risks.
