The Global Cyber Expertise Magazine Issue 10 is now online!

On behalf of the editorial board and the contributors from the GFCE community, we proudly present the Global Cyber Expertise Magazine Issue 10! It is available for download here.

The magazine is a joint initiative by the African Union, the European Union, the Organization of American States (OAS) and the GFCE to provide an overview of cyber capacity building projects, policies and developments around the world. All previous editions and more information about the Magazine can be found on the Impact page.

This issue of Global Cyber Expertise Magazine was released during the Annual Meeting 2021. In this edition, we feature articles from four regions (Europe, Asia & Pacific, Americas and Africa) and global developments. The cover story delves into the international trends and developments of cyber capacity building. In addition to this, you can also read an exploration of the GFCE’s demand-driven approach, which was also the theme of the Annual V-Meeting 2021.
