Kathleen Bei Research and Working Groups Coordinator

Ms. Kathleen Bei is the Research and Working Groups Coordinator at the GFCE Secretariat. In this role, she oversees the development and coordination of the GFCE Working Groups and tools available to the GFCE Community such as the Cybil Portal and Global CCB Research Agenda.

Kathleen also facilitates the Working Group on Cybersecurity Policy and Strategy (WG A), leads the Secretariat’s research work and is chief editor of the Global Cyber Expertise Magazine. Kathleen holds a MSc degree in Crisis and Security Management from Leiden University and a BA (Hons) degree in International Relations from Kings College London.
