The fifth Global Conference on CyberSpace is hosted by India on 23-24 November 2017 in New Delhi. The GFCE was launched during the GCCS2015 in The Hague and will organize several activities in New Delhi Aerocity between November 21-24.
GFCE highlights
- The GFCE will kick off with the GFCE pre-GCCS meeting on November 21st. The GFCE Global Agenda for Cyber Capacity Building and the GFCE Global Good Practices will be presented during this meeting.
- The fourth edition of the Global Cyber Expertise Magazine will be launched.
- Most importantly, the Delhi Communiqué on a GFCE Global Agenda for Cyber Capacity Building will be finalized.
- The Delhi Communiqué will be formally presented to the global community during the GCCS session on Friday November 24th at 15:00 in Peacock Room 2.0.
