Manuel Precioso Ruiz Advisor

Mr. Manuel Precioso Ruiz is the Facilitator for Working Group B and E at the GFCE Secretariat. In this role, he facilitates and coordinates the activities of WG B on Cyber Incident Management & Critical Infrastructure Protection and WG E on Cyber Security Standards.

Manuel also supports the work of the GFCE Community tools, such as the Cybil Portal. Manuel holds an MSc in Crisis and Security Management from Leiden University and a BSc in International Relations from the Complutense University of Madrid.
