Giouli Lykoura

Information: Ms. Giouli Lykoura is an Advisor at the GFCE Secretariat. In this role, she is leading the Secretariat Communications team, overseeing all media content and activities. Giouli also facilitates the Working Group on Cybersecurity Culture & Skills (WG D) as well as the GFCE Women in Cyber Capacity Building Network. Giouli holds a MSc in Crisis and Security Management from Leiden University and a BA in International and European Relations.
