Gabriela Montes de Oca

Description: Gabriela Montes de Oca currently serves as a Program Officer for the Cybersecurity Program of the Inter-American Committee against Terrorism (CICTE) of the Organization of American States. In this position, Gabriela leads efforts to raise awareness around the cybersecurity challenges the hemisphere, through communication and articulation projects with key allies in the technology sector on behalf of the Program. Before joining the OAS, Gabriela worked for more than five years leading communication for diverse clients within the technology, education, consumer and telecommunications sectors in Latin America and the United States. She has a degree in Mass Communication from the Andrés Bello Catholic University (Caracas, Venezuela) and a master’s degree in Public Relations from Georgetown University.
